Take this Moment for You

May 21, 2013

Take This MomentAs the birds dart in and out of the hedges, furiously building nests and creating a jungle of song, let’s take this moment, to breathe and get present.

Here is a quick Excursion you can take into the fullness of your breath. It’s easy and portable too. Read it to yourself or listen to the audio version, Take this Moment (click here).  I hope you enjoy it!  Let me know what happens for you by leaving your comment below.

Everything said here will be held with care and respect.

Have a beautiful day!

Take This Moment

[Click here for the audio version: Take this Moment]

Take this moment to breathe and feel your feet on the ground.

Take this moment to breathe and softly expand into the three dimensional space around you.

Let your jaw relax.

Let your cheeks relax

Let your eyeballs relax in their sockets.

Soften your eyes, your gaze, your forehead.

Breathe into your length

Breathe into your width

Breathe into your depth… Front and back.

Feel the floor under your feet and the space above your head.

Feel the distance of the walls to your right and to your left.

Feel the distance before you and, yes, behind you.

Breathe.

Let go of grasping, pushing, reaching, bending, twisting, trying, just for this moment.

And this.

Breathe.

TRUST that whatever is next will arrive in its moment.

Let it come to you in your fullness, your presence, here and now.

Breathe.
