Free Your Voice Workshop 4/17

Naaz Hosseini: Free Your Voice WorkshopFree Your Voice Workshop: Reclaiming Your Wild Brilliant Self

”Imagine your Self is a house with many rooms and journey through those rooms with me to find your true voice.”

Inhabit your voice. Let it speak for you, resound for you. This joyful and interactive workshop with Naaz Hosseini will teach you to dive in to your body, play it like an instrument, and free your voice. By properly aligning, moving and breathing, you will experience the range and resonance of your true voice.

We will gently warm up and bring awareness to body and breath, then experiment with dynamics of voice such as volume, pitch, and texture. Playful exercises will allow you to explore creatively and discover, know, and connect with your voice with greater ease and freedom.

The Free Your Voice workshop will connect you to your vocal power, your body, your breath, and will give you access to so much more of yourself. Whether you use your voice for work or play, art or relationships, this workshop will give you organic access to so much more of yourself.
