Please join us for a very special evening of transcendental sound featuring SoundShifter/Pulse Field duo with violinist and master vocalist Naaz Hosseini, and sound magician Peter Blum, on Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells, cymbals, flutes, & drums.

Music has been used as transformational ritual in practically every culture to attune to nature and celestial events. In this concert of improvised sound and music, it is the intention of the musicians and listeners to create a sacred space. Participants are invited to sit comfortably or lie on mats or blankets in the center of the room, surrounded on all sides by sacred sounds.

Peter & Naaz have been enchanting audience in the northeast for over 15 years, often joining with Steve Gorn, Thomas Workman, Philippe Garnier and other sound healers. In 2016 Peter & Naaz performed at the United Nations. This is their first public performance in NYC since then. Space at CATA is limited, pre-registration is strongly suggested. $25 early bird (until May 5), $30 or $55 for two

Optional: bring your favorite mat or cushion. Conventional seating is available for anyone who needs or prefers it.
